Ordering by phone: If you do not have a credit card or a PayPal account you can use on-line, we can find other ways of taking your order manually, even cash. You are welcome to give us a call at +1-403-770-1867 so we can help you with the necessary instructions. (If you call from Europe, you may use +45 36 98 02 98 evenings only.) Be aware that we do not take credit card information over the phone - it is a ridiculous risk for you and a very unnecessary liability for us, as we will have to use that information on-line ourselves, in order to expedite your order - and then you might as well do it yourself via the links on this page! And then we have to take care of destroying the information we got from you.... Paying by credit card via PayPal online is far more secure than any other ways you possibly could use your credit card - physically handing it to a merchant you see in person is far more risky... Please note that there is a $10 charge for all expediting any off-line orders manually. |

Please be aware that you are generally not supposed to send cash in ordinary mail, but you can courier cash - or ask your post office for other mailing options. If you do indeed send cash in ordinary mail, we shall not reject it, but it is entirely on your risk, as we are not responsible for it going lost or being confiscated. You reduce that risk dramatically by not including any coins, but rounding up the price to the nearest number that can be paid in bills only. In such case, we will not provide any change, but accept the increased price as a tip. |

Ordering by mail: If you do not have a credit card or a checking account you can use on-line, you can always get an International Money Order*) from a nearby post office or bank, where you can pay cash. Make sure the Money Order is made payable to K9joy and add $25.00 to cover our processing and banking costs. (If anything else than exactly the four letters AAMI is put into the field "Payable to...", we cannot cash your Money Order, and it will be destroyed when we receive it!) Ordering through bank transfer: If you do not want to pay on-line with a credit card, then we can receive your payment on the following bank accounts:
You simply transfer an amount in the National curerncy of the bank that corresponds to the price you found on the web page fro the product you want, and you pay for it in your local currency. You are welcome to use our on-line link for the currency exchange to get the right amount. We are fully aware that the exchange rates change every day, but both you and we are willing to ignore that when you pay this way... Be aware that, before you do your currency conversion, you must add the handling fee for manual expeditions of orders, which is US$10. You simply add that amount to the price, do teh currency conversion, and make teh payment! When payment has gone through, please keep a copy of your receipt. You then send this copy to us at the e-mail address together with the following information:
